Demanding environment, poor work life balance, and great compensation - Project Manager Epic Employee Review

Pros

Epic sets high expectations for all its employees, so it's generally safe to say you won't be working with a bunch of idiots (can't speak for the customers you work with, though). They also compensate you well, especially with high raises for Implementation Services (Project Manager role). The golden handcuffs are real and make it hard to leave. I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

CEO believes in work life integration, not work life balance. Remote work is a huge no go. If you don't know how to say no to "new opportunities" and put your own wellbeing first, they will let you work yourself past burnout.
