      Mostly nice people and almost all extremely hard works

      Cons

      68,000 for 60 hours a week. Not really worth it unless you love it. Great progression path to move up internally but do not expect hours to dwindled. All workers besides the ones with 20 years are worked to the bone on most project management teams.

      Meritorious work environment, capable coworkers, work that has high impact, high degree of autonomy, interesting work, campus, food, benefits. Reasonable views on AI

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
