      - Good people/coworkers - Lots of opportunities to own things - Performance-based compensation - Good CEO who cares about customers and not profits - Culinary is awesome - What you do will make a difference - Private offices

      - Performance testing is tedious - You're expected to come to campus almost every day, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but it can make scheduling appointments and attending to other errands difficult.
