Large company, looks good on your CV. Exposure to big projects with a lot of responsibility. Good work life balance
Cons
Getting promoted is hard if you end up on the wrong team and on projects with less lime light. Some managers are only looking after their own agenda and results in you getting the hit when your yearly review comes around. A lot of restructuring meaning you can end up getting several managers within a short period.
