      Nice colleagues, that's it really not sure why there's a 20 word minimum for this section

      Terrible location Very low pay without chance for pay rise or promotion Managers have no idea what they're doing Employees not valued, mentored or helped to improve in any way Terrible infrastructure No benefits

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
