Pros
Excellent benefits and focus on well-being, best benefits I've ever had. Paid time off was granted in full on January 1 every year, no accruals, could be used anytime.
Cons
No growth oppurtunities. Despite repeated attempts, it was very hard to get promoted in this company or pursue new oppurtunities. Management seemed to have favoritism towards certain people. Workload can sometimes be chaotic and unpredictable, lack of direction and overall no sense of teamwork amongst peers, everyone seemed like they were in their own little bubble all the time and hard to get help and collaboration when working on projects.
