Poor management. No retention of talent. When recruited given good pay but later affected with poor hikes. People are recruited for specific purpose but are asked to work on different areas of no interest. Though Ericsson follows agile but its not agile. Too much of cost cutting to an extent that if I have cold or I feel like sneezing no tissue paper box at desks, have to rush to wash room Too much of unnecessary internal politics. Even though its R&D, Ericsson R&D Chennai division works like a services company. No respect.
