Pros

This concerns the former Managed Services; I can't speak for the design or installation operations - Decent pay and benefits (although nothing like Sweden) - Work from home or any company-owned or -managed facility - Lateral intra-company moves easy - Job possibilities throughout U.S.

Cons

- Constant, regular rounds of layoffs - No investment in tools or systems to manage future growth or business - Only projects that result in immediate cost savings will be approved; efficiency or customer experience are not valued or invested in - Convoluted business systems that meld the worst aspects of on-line and paper-based (i.e. expense reporting) - No communication from senior management about anything that counts (corporate flackery during all-hands calls, no solid information) - Offshore mania leads to enormous inefficiency and huge lag times to get even simple tasks done - If you work outside an office, you may never see anyone you work with

Pros

-Technological superior to most other companies with use of AI and promising future tech/programs -benefits and pay are very competetive -room for professional growth and advancement if you know how to work in a corporate environment -resume development and professional advancement

Cons

-leadership ideology doesnt match the company/CEOs mission statement or belief (company is said to be all for safety yet leaders get put in charge and quickly dismantle and lay off 3 quarters of the safety department) -Leadership changes structure to benefit themselves by having all support functions report to them instead of the CEO, this ensures all support functions take a back seat to production and financial gain to include their employees well being -Company restructured and reorganizes very often while showing no loyalty to the employees who work hard and want to stay, this leads to turn over of great employees.
