Pros
Very open and transparent organizational culture, where you are able to contribute with your point of view regardless of level (Swedish corporate culture does in general not put a lot of focus on hierarchy). Puts a lot of focus on respect and care for the employee, although this of course may vary in practice somewhat depending on the country. Give good benefits in general for all employees, and because the company is present in around 140 countries there are plenty of opportunities for interesting career development.
Cons
Will not be the highest paying employer in the area, but will usually weight that up with other type benefits. As a very large and beureaucratic organizations things can sometimes seem slow or inflexible.
