Pros
Up until 2009 it was a great place to work. After that time I was no longer there but I heard things changed quite a bit. Opportunities to move around, learn various technologies and job functions. Technical career path options are broad. Management options are a little more limited, but between project manager, operational management roles and service delivery there is a lot to chose from
Cons
Like any big company, politics play a role. In Ericsson Canada politics were present, maybe not as much as Ericsson Spain for example where it is truly a boys club. Post 2009 the company culture has changed a fair bit due to market competition and price pressure
