Amazing benefits, great location, amazing people and solid executive management.
Cons
Pay structure should be transparent; not consistent across positions. Middle management is not in touch with the business, focus on developing new tools and processes with no view to improving current tools and processes, or using existing tools for new purposes. Wasteful IT spending and a large, ineffective Project Management team lead to reductions in headcount allocated for customer delivery.
