PTO is good, co workers in the field teams , field services are good.
Cons
Project teams and management are incompetent. Management is too decentralized, often many departments and teams forced to work together due to the nature of the project , resulting in lack of communication and competence, No accountability. Too many government incursions, too many government investigations,bribery etc also most recent paid millions to Islamic state
