Great people but uninspiring and clueless leadership - Customer Project Manager Ericsson Employee Review

Weak and uninspiring leadership, recent redundancies seem to have happened without a plan and has led to remaining employees being overworked, compensation is not great, management live in a bubble and seem to believe that low cost resource centres (India, China) have no competence issues despite contrary evidence, not much scope for vertical movement, escalation culture - need to escalate minor things to get any progress/ traction
