(Applicable only for Ericsson India - CSI ADM) 1. You don't have a technical manager, though they claim themselves to be one such, but basically, they are Resource Managers. 2. India operates in a Staff Augmentation mode, so, only Resource Managers would be there. 3. No managed services project. Prepared to do what is instructed by your Region and in the most cases, there wont be any process followed. 4. Most of the cases, code reviews, brainstorming, design discussions will not happen. 5. Not a single label, where CSI ADM can boast of, is existing. (Eg. Bharti account for IBM India) 6. No body bothers about your career because most of the managers have joined through referrals and they focus on achieving their KPIs like billability, competency mgmt. etc... 7. Your annual appraisals are done by the Resource Managers, who maynot even be knowing what your technology is, and the complexities involved in your project. For them, every project is equal, be it a PoC or a Transformation Project and whether it is successful or if it is a failure...

Pros

-Technological superior to most other companies with use of AI and promising future tech/programs -benefits and pay are very competetive -room for professional growth and advancement if you know how to work in a corporate environment -resume development and professional advancement

Cons

-leadership ideology doesnt match the company/CEOs mission statement or belief (company is said to be all for safety yet leaders get put in charge and quickly dismantle and lay off 3 quarters of the safety department) -Leadership changes structure to benefit themselves by having all support functions report to them instead of the CEO, this ensures all support functions take a back seat to production and financial gain to include their employees well being -Company restructured and reorganizes very often while showing no loyalty to the employees who work hard and want to stay, this leads to turn over of great employees.
