      Pros

      WFH and can be flexible enough

      Cons

      Media has released that they are letting go of 8,500 staff but there has been NO communication to staff in Athlone. Unfair and unprofessional on those who have mortgages and commitments. Mentor left 6 months into a 12 month period so had no guidance. That was mostly unlucky

      Pros

      The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

      Cons

      Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
