Pros
I worked at the Budapest office as a software engineer during my Masters. The environment is nice, very laid-back and I didn't have any responsibilities. The salary is good for Hungarian standard.
Cons
They hire almost anyone and they hire in quantity. The senior collegues were stressed and didn't have time to involve the new hirees. Sometimes it takes weeks just to receive a computer to work one. Since there is no real challenge, most smart people leave in a few years.
