- At least 60% office work. Remote work is conditional, particularly for employees with kids, etc. - Low salary. A software developer earns 9,600 PLN gross monthly (approximately 2,300 EUR, so annually about 27 600 EUR ). - Requires extensive telecommunication knowledge, making it difficult to transition to other fields. - A slight mess caused by the scattering of responsibilities across different countries - Large scope of responsibilities.
