Pros
Colleagues there are extremely hard working, and loyal to a fault. The benefits are not as good as they used to be, but still pretty good.
Cons
There is an extremely low rate of promotion within. The salary increases are embarrassing, and don't even come close to market value for employees with tenure. You have no choice but to leave for any kind of career advancement.
