Pros
- Good work/life balance but can depend on team as people I know there work late into the evening and on some weekends - Nice canteen - Friendly people (again depends on team) - Good pension scheme
Cons
- Management pushing getting more done for less - More pressure - Terrible pay raises - No bonus/stock - Not great pay compared to other companies - Promotions are getting more difficult and strenuous to achieve - Forced return to office to ensure silent lay offs - Culture in general is much worse than 2-3 years ago - Location is not great too as due to RTO you need to live in Athlone which is suffering a housing shortage
