Really Poor Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience - Head of Privacy Ericsson Employee Review

Reached the very last stage of a senior position with Ericsson to be rejected by email - no phone call, no personal feedback - indeed I had to chase the TA recruiter for an answer 4 days after the date at which I was told the hiring decision would be made. Really poor experience.
