I am extremely happy working at the Council Bluffs, IA location. The Express in Council Bluffs is a family owned business and they go out of their way to make me feel like family as well. Very friendly and fun environment. Being a staffing consultant is a very fulfilling position. It makes you feel great knowing that you are making a difference in someone's life by not just getting them a job but instead, a career. The company as a whole is very supportive. The training and resources that are available make it easy to succeed.
Cons
It can be a stressful job at times as there is a lot of competition. However, Express Employment differs very much from the other staffing agencies in our area. We mostly provide full time- long term employment and offer a thorough interview to understand exactly what someone is looking for.
