Pros

the only pros I have are that they are quick with everything.

Cons

I worked for a company who literally has one receptionist that they adore. But because they adored this one person every other person they held to that standard. They wanted an exact replica of this woman. If they could keep her all day until 8 pm they would! That's how much they liked her. Because of this NO BODY LITERALLY STANDS A CHANCE. They called me in on a Saturday, nobody was there to train me. The following week I had only 3 hours of training. The job was part-time 5 days a week 3-8 includes Saturday which was 8:30-6. The company paid $10 an hour for 25 hours. The managers either want u to pick it up everything or they'll do it. I tried my hardest learning this daily email but I kept getting it wrong. I took my concerns to express employment and instead of letting me speak with the general manager of the job they fired me from it. I find it INCREDIBLY unprofessional to fire me literally an hour before my shift. I do not leave jobs like that. Plus the job wants an exact replica of this girl and nobody will stay if they keep going like that.

Pros

I have a hard time saying anything good about this place. If I had to say something, there was room to grow into different positions.

Cons

Small office space Toxic workplace Gossiping constantly about one another When I was given something to do with socials, I was told Im not doing enough for recruiting. Would switch to solely focus on recruiting and then told Im not doing enough for socials. I was always put in a lose lose situation with what was expected of me in my job. I was threatened over a parking space. When I tried talking to management I was dismissed. Unprofessionalism, coworkers would openly talk bad about candidates. With a small office space everyone can hear including people who came into interview. Highly disorganized I could go on and on...
