Pros

There really arent any. These people will make you feel like to need to take a shower after just talking to them. They lie to these offices from day 1 and then show their true colors when the person is so financially invested that they have no choice but to conform.

Cons

The franchise owners seem to genuinely want to do good things. The corporate group sells them on this idea that they are going to do some good in the world when in reality its all about corporate milking every last cent out of the offices and making it harder for them to succeed in the process. The assistance center reps are just call center reps. Their supposed expertise is nonsense. Not a single one of them has ever tried to do the job let alone with money on the line but they have no hesitation in pretending they are all knowing and instructing the offices to spend their money. Its absurd. The philosophy here is day labor unskilled workers who are viewed and treated as inventory only not people. Dont believe all the nonsense you hear otherwise. Its not the offices fault people are treated this way, its the way the corporate group sets up the contracts with the franchises that backs them into a corner where they are forced to do things this way or lose their life savings investment in the business.

Pros

I have a hard time saying anything good about this place. If I had to say something, there was room to grow into different positions.

Cons

Small office space Toxic workplace Gossiping constantly about one another When I was given something to do with socials, I was told Im not doing enough for recruiting. Would switch to solely focus on recruiting and then told Im not doing enough for socials. I was always put in a lose lose situation with what was expected of me in my job. I was threatened over a parking space. When I tried talking to management I was dismissed. Unprofessionalism, coworkers would openly talk bad about candidates. With a small office space everyone can hear including people who came into interview. Highly disorganized I could go on and on...
