Pros
Some coworkers were awesome and extremely knowledgable. Seeing people get hired on at their placements full-time and helping someone out of their struggle is exciting!
Cons
This office doesn't seem able to keep people in the front office seats for very long. After being there for a short time it's easy to see why. First of all, the pay is too little for the job requirements. The office would dump "important" tasks on the FOCs (on top of the actually important tasks we had) when they didn't feel like working. The second, and probably biggest reason, is the very catty, high school like atmosphere. There are employees within the office that are very, very unpleasant towards new people. Their vitriolic attitudes would then extend to upper management in the form of unsubstantiated "issues" that the new employees had to constantly defend against. It makes the job feel absolutely stifling, when it should be a rewarding position.
