Pros

Small, personal office and a great team of people to work with. It feels awesome to literally change lives and get people jobs! They can be so grateful and it can be very gratifying work.

Cons

The company is extremely metric driven, and I mean extremely. And what is worse, many of the tasks you need to do each day, or week, are not part of the metrics. Therefore you dont get "credit" for doing them and the boss will say stuff like, "what did you do all day? You didnt achieve your numbers so you must have been doing nothing." when you were working your butt off all day long. I worked long hours, often many more than 40 per week, never took a lunch break and received very little appreciation. Many associates dont show up for work, quit without notice and do other things that are very frustrating and make the job a pain. Most people do this job for anywhere from a few months to a few years. Most dont stay in it for the long term.

Pros

The owner, Jessica, is fantastic as is the sales manager, Kirby. It can be a fun environment and putting people in a position to succeed is always rewarding.

Cons

Employees are not held to any sort of reasonable professional standard. Where it directly impacted this role at the time was that at least 25 hours every week were spent essentially begging employees to turn in time cards rather than doing anything productive. Standards seemed pretty inconsistent at times. The company felt a little aimless. There were several conflicting plans for the future. My understanding is that in the six months after my separation, they more or less replaced the entire staff for various reasons. Maybe they got it figured out now.
