Pros

There isn't anything that I could recommend from this company.

Cons

It is now the tendency for companies to outsource the manpower services to reduce costs. I've worked for another outsourcing company which was transparent and straightforward regarding the position I was applying for, benefits, salary, etc. I had the misfortune to apply for a job through Express Employment Professionals in Royal Oak, Michigan and both the company I was hired to work for and this agency were not transparent regarding the working conditions, salary and benefits. During the year I work here, I had to call Express Employment several times as they would "miss" to make payments for certain days I worked, federal holidays, vacations. They are not transparent on explaining how their vacation policy works, which it is terrible, you have to work 2000 hrs to get 2 days of vacations, and the overtime doesn't count for this. The third party company I was working for did not fulfill the agreement discussed when I accepted the job, and Express Employment provided zero support on these type of issues. Many co-workers I met working for Express Employment, faced the same issues. I do not recommend this place to work for.

Pros

I have a hard time saying anything good about this place. If I had to say something, there was room to grow into different positions.

Cons

Small office space Toxic workplace Gossiping constantly about one another When I was given something to do with socials, I was told Im not doing enough for recruiting. Would switch to solely focus on recruiting and then told Im not doing enough for socials. I was always put in a lose lose situation with what was expected of me in my job. I was threatened over a parking space. When I tried talking to management I was dismissed. Unprofessionalism, coworkers would openly talk bad about candidates. With a small office space everyone can hear including people who came into interview. Highly disorganized I could go on and on...
