Pros

Each office is an independent franchise, so your company experience can vary greatly depending on the owner of each location. Opportunity to make a difference since the companies are local. Defined job descriptions are provided.

Cons

Corporate oversight pertains mostly to branding, not quality of workplace. Corporate beliefs are very politically conservative in nature, which comes across in a lot of their communications. Success of Staffing Consultants falls onto the shoulders of the Business Development Managers; without jobs to work on, commissions are low.

Pros

I have a hard time saying anything good about this place. If I had to say something, there was room to grow into different positions.

Cons

Small office space Toxic workplace Gossiping constantly about one another When I was given something to do with socials, I was told Im not doing enough for recruiting. Would switch to solely focus on recruiting and then told Im not doing enough for socials. I was always put in a lose lose situation with what was expected of me in my job. I was threatened over a parking space. When I tried talking to management I was dismissed. Unprofessionalism, coworkers would openly talk bad about candidates. With a small office space everyone can hear including people who came into interview. Highly disorganized I could go on and on...
