      Pros

      There are no pros that I can think of. I have met some people that have been nice.

      Cons

      I have worked for 2 offices in 2 different states and was harassed in both. Once by the owner and the other by another employee. When I called corporate to tell them they said talk to the owners. No one is there for you. Also they do background checks on people before they even sit down to interview you. The one in Bradenton, Fl has a shredding bin and the owner and other employees unlock it and take things out of it and not sure what they do with it. And they refer to employees they send out on jobs Bimbos or other names. There is nothing professional about the company. Everyone there is a body and that is all.

      I have a hard time saying anything good about this place. If I had to say something, there was room to grow into different positions.

      Small office space Toxic workplace Gossiping constantly about one another When I was given something to do with socials, I was told Im not doing enough for recruiting. Would switch to solely focus on recruiting and then told Im not doing enough for socials. I was always put in a lose lose situation with what was expected of me in my job. I was threatened over a parking space. When I tried talking to management I was dismissed. Unprofessionalism, coworkers would openly talk bad about candidates. With a small office space everyone can hear including people who came into interview. Highly disorganized I could go on and on...
