      Pros

      Get to call on all sorts of businesses. Most of the people that work there besides owner. Good place to work if you just graduated and don't know any better. Owner would make a better cheerleader then manager.

      Cons

      Owner is a micromanager, 8am teams meeting M-F to make sure youre in your seat . Listen to unmotivating speach for 10-30 minutes to start each day. Fake feeling like a used used car dealer. Calls everyone Family and a Team member lol. Said he would give me benefits and never received , even after requests. Gives you two employees work loads and expectations and pays for one employee.

      I have a hard time saying anything good about this place. If I had to say something, there was room to grow into different positions.

      Small office space Toxic workplace Gossiping constantly about one another When I was given something to do with socials, I was told Im not doing enough for recruiting. Would switch to solely focus on recruiting and then told Im not doing enough for socials. I was always put in a lose lose situation with what was expected of me in my job. I was threatened over a parking space. When I tried talking to management I was dismissed. Unprofessionalism, coworkers would openly talk bad about candidates. With a small office space everyone can hear including people who came into interview. Highly disorganized I could go on and on...
