Pros

If your experience was anything like mine, you ran the office and made your own day to day schedule. I had leeway because I was needed and highly valued. The owners were somewhat understanding and listened to me. I made a lot of the key decisions about who to place where.

Cons

everyone calling needs to talk to me, the owners back off and just let everything fall into my lap. They didn't split a 10k bonus our office won after promising to. they didn't pay me any commissions besides finding new accounts and billing them for 40 hours in one week. id make 50$. that's peanuts when we have 8 employees working 40 hours at a company I found.

Pros

I have a hard time saying anything good about this place. If I had to say something, there was room to grow into different positions.

Cons

Small office space Toxic workplace Gossiping constantly about one another When I was given something to do with socials, I was told Im not doing enough for recruiting. Would switch to solely focus on recruiting and then told Im not doing enough for socials. I was always put in a lose lose situation with what was expected of me in my job. I was threatened over a parking space. When I tried talking to management I was dismissed. Unprofessionalism, coworkers would openly talk bad about candidates. With a small office space everyone can hear including people who came into interview. Highly disorganized I could go on and on...
