They fool candidates by giving them a task / code to create as a part of interview. Once you submit it, they comes back with feedback with "n" number of flaws in it and rejects your candidacy.. The main motive is to get the work done free of cost which their employees can't perform. This is Fraud.

As a result, the company has lost some incredibly talented people due to these restructuring decisions, which is disappointing given the strength of the team. Compensation is also below market levels, making it harder to retain employees, especially during periods of ongoing change.
