Cons
After 6 months .. Let us count the ways on how to get rid you.. You just might even qualify for the FedEx freight extermination program.. If you have worked here long enough. Especially after 15 to 20 years. Your job is never secure and you can never work hard enough, or perfect enough.. We will find your flaw.. Did you memorize the employee hand book ? And all the policies ? They will use it against you.. And it's ok if you go punch out, and come back and finish that work you were doing.. That's being a team player..
