You get a pay bump every three months.
Cons
Incompetent management at every level. No empathy, and no humanity behind those black beady eyes. The rules would change all the time, but you wouldn’t find out until you break one. They seemed to make up the most absurd polices, and focus all of their energy on enforcing them, rather than addressing the real issues at hand. They created their own problems, then complained about them. We were always short staffed, and punished for missing work. If you enjoy being a mistreated company simp, this is the job for you. If you want a career with no growth, this is the job for you!!!
