Pros
The benefits are good, the schedule was great for someone needing stability or a work home work balance.
Cons
You won’t get hired as a full time employee until someone who has been there for 15-20 years retires. The full time employees get weeks off in the summer, making it impossible to request off for part timers because two people in the same department can’t request off apparently. So if you’re part time then don’t expect to go on vacation! Because the full timers pass around a calendar picking their weeks off and each one of them are off from May to September ! Other than that, it was the perfect place to work. I do know FedEx was trying to make it more fair for the part timers .
