Pros
Many opportunities, offices are nice
Cons
Upper management is not aware of what's happening at the ground level. They put all the work on certain people while others slack off or bring about way too much unneccessary "work". There are a lot of side projects that will be asked (read: demanded in a cheerful tone) of employees which require a huge time commitments and can be very stressful. The on-camera appearances are so unnecessary and were not a part of my work contract, yet expected often. Also, I've never had a harder time finding work after leaving this place, and I've heard from many others that this could be due to its pyramid-scheme-like structure. Once I worked there, it became an identity that was difficult to trade for anything else.
