Base pay for a manger could be better. Covington is a lower pay scale than other regional centers. There are tons of same level jobs reporting to the same level which is odd. Promoted to manager but did not get anything extra for this added responsibility. Made more money for the same type of job at two other financial services firms locally. If you leave it still takes a long time to be rehired if at all. Takes a long time to get promoted. Be prepared to work full-time in the office.
