Pros

Great benefits, help with student loan payments, reimbursement for health/fitness things, gym on site, awesome coworkers, fun environment overall, great company match on 401k plus profit sharing, good health benefits, generous paid vacation time, very detailed training, nice salary with quarterly bonuses

Cons

No mobility within the company, managers are completely fake and act like they care about your career development but really don't care at all, they blow smoke up your you know what and make it seem like there's a lot of opportunity, but that's only true if you've been with the company for 5+ years, unfair treatment of employees by upper management, immoral conduct swept under the rug, ridiculous expectations, micromanaging

Pros

Benefits including profit sharing and bonuses are great. The breadth of this company provides a great opportunity to try out different career paths or boost your current one.

Cons

In my current role, I am working overtime more often than I'd like with recognition that seems to only go so far until it sizzles out. That may be tied to the size of the company itself, where promotions work in a "trickle down" manner.
