Pros
Excellent facilities and infrastructure (may not last long due to recession). Highly encourages innovation and employee development even though scope is minimal due to restricted financial domain. Competitive pay structures (may not last long due to recession). Management ensures proper communication to all employees in major decisions.
Cons
Certain sections' job responsibilities are highly stress-prone - management sometimes take decisions based on budget planning rather than people development. Most of upper level leadership is not technology aware, which makes them poor project planners, which in turn affects people development. HR is too busy managing technical workforce coming in and going out, hence cannot do much to solve the management issues.
