The company was a great way to gain professional work experience in a corporate environment. The company places major emphasis on customer service, and will reward its employees for meeting SLAs, daily metrics, and going above and beyond to drive customer loyalty. Also, the quarterly bonus potential, employee match for 401k, and profit sharing is amazing! Plus there is plenty of overtime for those who desire it.
Cons
Call Center Environment can be very stressful and is not for everyone. Employees have to go through too many avenues to find answers or confirm information, which can effect the employees call handling time and as a result can damage the employees daily metrics and bonus potential. Lastly, has a "Not what you know, but who you know" culture and as a result, the opportunity for growth within the company can be slow if you are not a Fidelity socialite!
