      Pros

      401k match. Decent earning potential compared to many other industries. Ability to get securities licenses.

      Cons

      Hyper white, male atmosphere. Everyone's scared out of their mind - managers included - to fall below outrageous expectations that aren't rooted in anything besides increasing every possible metric/outcome in every category. More appointments, more notes in salesforce, more reports to run, etc etc etc. Absolutely no dignity in the work.

      Great benefits and WFH capabilities

      Cons

      Working in service, we're typically give additional duties and not given pay increases. Additionally, the remote workers are not given the same advancement opportunities as others.

      Pros

      Benefits including profit sharing and bonuses are great. The breadth of this company provides a great opportunity to try out different career paths or boost your current one.

      Cons

      In my current role, I am working overtime more often than I'd like with recognition that seems to only go so far until it sizzles out. That may be tied to the size of the company itself, where promotions work in a "trickle down" manner.
