Pros

You learn a lot about 401k investments.

Cons

Inconsistent. The communication. The job description and entails do not match up. Bullying and abuse of power. Demand does not equal appropriate pay. You have an obscene workload. Calls are timed and scored. In training it was a lot of making fun of people for incorrect answers. You do an invasive and demanding background check for a pay and benefits you can get at basic companies. Diversity is next to none but in my class there where 3 people outside of white 2 of them where already with the company and was switch departments. I would I have recommended this for someone just starting their career but the intense background, drug screening you have to fill 3 cups up. Demand and low pay is not worth it. You can get the same pay with a better environment and same benefits working for regular call centers or basic store/ entry level office jobs.

Pros

Benefits including profit sharing and bonuses are great. The breadth of this company provides a great opportunity to try out different career paths or boost your current one.

Cons

In my current role, I am working overtime more often than I'd like with recognition that seems to only go so far until it sizzles out. That may be tied to the size of the company itself, where promotions work in a "trickle down" manner.
