Pros

Benefits and the employees in the Human Resources services company are great to work with.

Cons

Constant distraction of reorganizations and reductions in force. No clear direction in the Human Resources Services Company. While this Fidelity Company is over 10 years old they are still trying to figure out who they want to be when they grow up. Opportunities, career advancement, salary increases and bonus are based on who you know not job performance. No consistency in roles, employees in team leaders and managers positions play the same roles with the same and in some cases more responsibility as the Directors and VP's but without the same salaries, title and bonuses potential. Employees continue to pay for the sins of poor decisions made by Senior Management team by way of continued reduction in the merit increase and bonus pool to make up for financial losses incurred by poor decisions.

Pros

Benefits including profit sharing and bonuses are great. The breadth of this company provides a great opportunity to try out different career paths or boost your current one.

Cons

In my current role, I am working overtime more often than I'd like with recognition that seems to only go so far until it sizzles out. That may be tied to the size of the company itself, where promotions work in a "trickle down" manner.
