Pros
There were some great people who worked there. They had great benefits and the offices were very nice
Cons
I came in after getting my degree to this new "entry program" and told them I wasn't particularly interested in answering phone calls. During the interview, they said there were "some phone calls" in this job, but you would be spending most of your time learning about the company, then be able to choose where you wanted to go within the company and learn toward that. In reality, you were just pushed to take 401k phone calls most days and they tried their hardest to get you to only pursue other phone roles. Do not recommend this program if you don't want to be stuck on phone calls every day. The pay was also terrible for a role that at the time required a degree.
