Pros

You can be mediocre and look good in comparison. By putting in effort you can get some impressive things done. The campus is pretty and legit makes you feel like you are in a special place. On site gym and health center saves you time

Cons

tech dept is 60% Indian and you will have culture shock as well as language and cultural difficulties for a good 1-3 months until you adjust. This means there are some ugly undertones especially in anonymous comments from closet racists. Forced back to office in a strict every other week schedule, but there are not enough desks or parking spaces, the desk has 10 year outdated monitors and filthy chairs, all to sit on a zoom meeting anyways. Office schedule is strict, undertones of bonus tied to adherence, suggestions to take PTO only on unscheduled weeks. Forced people out or to move near an office who were hired remote. In office food options are forced to be low fat low carb low salt low taste and leaving campus takes too long, so plan to pack a lunch but not have fridge space to hold it.

Pros

Benefits including profit sharing and bonuses are great. The breadth of this company provides a great opportunity to try out different career paths or boost your current one.

Cons

In my current role, I am working overtime more often than I'd like with recognition that seems to only go so far until it sizzles out. That may be tied to the size of the company itself, where promotions work in a "trickle down" manner.
