      1. Highly skilled team mates to work with. 2. Good work life balance. 3. Good Compensation with stock options based on performance. 4. Flexible working hours along with work from home options. 5. Subsidized breakfast , lunch and dinner.

      Have not come across any cons till date.

      1. WLB is good. Working hours are flexible. I can go to the office at 11 2. No politics in the office 3. No micro-management

      Excellent company to work for. Great resources. Future is bright at Fortinet

      Cons

      The only down side is the pay for an enterprise sales rep is low compared to industry average.
