Pros
Fortinet is slowly ramping up in the network security industry. There is lot of learning here in terms of technology. It has a good brand value too. Good pay, stock options and shift allowance (no night shift though :) ) less process Need not work outside your shift. So no long hours
Cons
Its a small office in Bangalore. So facilities are very less and needs to be improved by a lot. Work pressure gets more at times.
