      Pros

      Pay was good. Used to be a great culture - there are pockets of that around but they are quickly going away. No protection from abusive other employees. No protection from management retaliation.

      Cons

      Culture is gone. Used to be good. Office Space in action. They dont enforce/require following policy (for tears) policy until one day, they suddenly do. And then they tell you by denying you expense report. A lot of absentee managers.

      Leadership can be a bit confused sometimes, but they're really focused on your professional development Merit is well recognized

      Pros

      Solid, stable, predictable. Most people are out of the office by 4 or 5 pm. Life is easy and expectations are low.

      Cons

      Little support for marketing. Fortinet has too many products and too many product lines - and every product owner is fighting for attention of sales. The company is firmly wedded to it's hardware roots. Fortinet has not invested in internal systems. Reporting is awkard and cumbersome, and adaption on enterprise AI is still a long ways off. There are no women in senior roles.
