Pros

- Nice colleagues and generally good team atmosphere - Good place to learn, especially if you are at the beginning of your career - You get experience working with different people, clients and situations - There are opportunities to grow, but you also need to ask and show interest - There are fun internal activities from time to time - Most managers are really supportive and easy to talk to

Cons

Some processes are slow and can feel more complicated than they need to be. Like in many big companies, things can feel a bit too procedural

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
