Pros

Working at Foundever you can expect to feel like apart of the family! You are treated like an actual human being. When interviewing for jobs the recruiters always make sure not just that the role you're interviewing for is not just a fit but that it works for you long term, meaning schedule etc.

Cons

Many might consider this a con, you will have to put the work in as nothing is ever handed to you.

Thank you for the stars! We appreciate you and your review. I agree about the pros, and I think that Foundever does make you feel like an actual human being, which is not true in all the places I have worked prior to this. I think that is why we have people that stay for so long. They feel like they are home, and I can see why. We work hard to ensure that our employees find the right fit here. Thanks for sharing your experience. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
