nothing as such, the whole company is very friendly

The best thing about this job was the flex schedule and genorous PTO. Dietitians are also well respected by the nephrologists.

Poor leadership/management after the recent layoffs of our nutrition managers. Reporting to a clinic manager that is a nurse who has no idea what our job entails is one of the reasons I left. There is also no accountability. Upper management only cares if your CQS score looks good, not how those numbers are being achieved.
